So here we go!

This is Ultimate Disc Sports.

We started in Spring of 2021 by planning our inaugural Ultimate event: Sweaty Scoober. We were formed by three active players in the community who saw and felt the need to play more competitive Ultimate in North Georgia, so we decided to host Ultimate events. Hosting an Ultimate event is no easy task - we needed to register fields and get insurance and pay for it all, and all of that required us to make a little company. So here we are! Our founding members are all part of the Leftovers club team, but the Leftovers' story is one for another day.

Sweaty Scoober was a tournament held on June 26 and 27, 2021, hosting 13 teams from across the southeast at Tramore Park, Cobb County GA. We had 2 days of fun in the sun, crowning Tampa Tempest the OPEN champions and HAWG as the MIXED champions. We had a ton of fun, and also learned a lot from it and had a lot of great feedback. Our goal is to make the best Ultimate events for the community and we strive to learn and improve each time.

Our next event planned is Nattys. Not that one. The North Atlanta Championship, AKA the NAtl championship or Natty's for short, is planned for October 23 and 24 at Tramore Park. Any connection with any other Ultimate organization's "NAtl" championship that weekend is purely coincidental... we promise. Using lessons learned from Scoober, we hope to have a great time that weekend!
